Bubbles Education
Why Bubbles?
We decided on Bubbles as a brand because our resources work on the basis of generating ideas, like thought bubbles, that can then be developed flexibly... and float off in different directions occasionally! There is still clear structure and support within the resources to ensure that a range of abilities is catered for, from the generalist to the more specialist music teacher.
Why Music, Dance and Drama?
We realised, through our curriculum development work, that schools were finding it particularly difficult to integrate these three subjects within a creative curriculum. We thought that was a huge pity, as they are naturally creative subjects that can really enhance the learning in other curriculum areas. A lack of staff training and confidence, plus very few resources which offer a repertoire of ideas to help you get started got us thinking... resulting in Bubbles!
How do you ensure progression?
Bubbles is based on the Skills Ladders for Music, Dance and Drama which form part of the New Dimensions Creative Curriculum Toolkit and we have used these in order to build progression and differentiation into the performing arts.
What’s the relationship between Dimensions Curriculum, Bubbles and Unipace?
Unipace* is our company name and Dimensions Creative Curriculum and Bubbles Music, Dance and Drama are our products (with more to come, so watch this space!). So many ideas and too little time!
*A new education acronym, the PACE bit stands for Performing Arts, Creative Education!

When will Key Stage Two Bubbles Music be available?
Can I order the full set of Bubbles Music resources now?
Certainly! You can use the order form and submit it to us today. We will ensure your Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1 and Lower Key Stage 2 resource files are despatched promptly and will send on your Upper Key Stage 2 materials as soon as they become available.
We are hoping to have them available sometime during the Autumn term 2010. How much will they cost? They will follow the same pricing structure as Bubbles Music. Which year groups will be available? We are producing Dance for Foundation Stage right through to Year 6 and Drama for Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. Will I be able to pre-order the resource files? We will be taking pre-orders for Bubbles Dance and Bubbles Drama later in the year but please feel free to register your interest now and we will then contact you nearer the release date.
